How to lose weight fast?

There are several ways to lose weight fast. However, all the methods have their own pros and cons. Well, the question is that what pace of losing the weight is right so that one cannot experience any disastrous health issues.

Today, I am going to share a 3 week diet plan that will cause you to lose at least 5 pounds. Losing weight at a very fast pace is not advisable at all because it can have fatal effects on your health.

1. Cut Back Sugars and Starches

You must extirpate sugars and starches (Carbs) in a 3 week diet plan. The basic reason behind this science is that carbs and sugar cause the body to release the insulin that is a major culprit to store fats into your body.

When insulin levels are restricted, then the body starts burning the stored fats. In this 3 week diet, please do not restrict the sugar and carbs so much that you are losing up to 10 pounds in 3 weeks.

2. Eat Proteins

Eat most of the proteins in the 3 week diet. If you are eating more proteins, it means that you‘ll be eating low carbs.  Eat your all meals with the major amount of proteins and very low carbs.

Hence, it is for sure that you will lose at least 5 pounds in 3 weeks if you start using the above methods for three weeks.
